The product line

AUTEL and FOX.

AUTEL™
A complete automatic anodizing process for aluminum extrusion profiles: automatic cranes, complete supervisory control, chemical dosing, and recipe management for a consistent finish, including interference color technology.
FOX™
An inline vertical flash anodize pretreatment for the vertical powder coating line. SAT positions FOX as offering stronger corrosion protection and adhesion anchoring than conventional pretreatment processes.

How it runs

Automation where consistency matters most.

Anodizing quality lives and dies on repeatability: tank chemistry, immersion time, and current density all have to hold steady from rack to rack. AUTEL's supervisory control and recipe management are built to keep that consistent across shifts, not just on a good day.

FOX runs the same discipline into pretreatment, giving a vertical powder coating line an inline flash anodize step instead of a separate pretreatment process.
